2026 Portfolio

Last year I started doing weekly drawings, and posting them on this little blog. It was a lot of fun, so I've decided to keep it going :)

I set a few rules for myself:

These weekly drawings aren't sketchbook practice or even warm-up drawings for bigger projects. They are fully finished ink illustrations in a frame, which is ready to sell.

They don't have to be big, but they need to be "sellable" by my standards.

Over the course of the last year, I found this process really rewarding, and it really helped me put my vintage frame collection to good use!
This year I have a lot of new projects in the pipeline, and it has been my busiest winter yet! So some of the weekly drawings are a lot smaller than others, but that's alright :)

I hope you enjoy following along.

This piece will be raffled off at our 2026 Black Cat Bazaar in May 9th, in support of CARMA Fredericton! :)

Oracle of the Crab

Oracle Of the Crab, Ink on Smooth Bristol. Available.
This is another one that's a part of the special secret project!

Black Cat Bazaar Poster

Black Cat Bazaar III Final poster, mixed media (ink & digital colour).
I will be putting these posters up all over the city, as well as handing out fliers at my next markets!

Mini Star Wizard
Mini Star Wizard, 2.5 x 3.5, ink & gouache on cold-pressed water colour paper. Sold.
This one was a warm up for something much bigger. This little tiny frame was to die for!

Eminent Shard

Eminent Shard, 8x10, ink on smooth bristol. Available.
The last piece was a warm up for this big one. This frame is a 1930s art deco antique that I got at an antique fair last year. I had been holding out for something really unqiue. The glass design is hand painted with enamel, and the scaled metal frame is brass.

Micro Snail, 1.5x1.5, ink on cold-pressed water colour paper. Sold.
I was very busy with a huge commission this week. Luckily, I found a ton of tiny frames at an estate sale, so I filled one with this cutie.

Porcini
Porcini, 5x6, ink on smooth bristol. Sold.
This wooden frame was a really cute find. It was originally part of a folding set, but I tore the undesirable half off and attached a wall hook to it. It turned out great :)

Bag of Infinite Frogs

Bag of Infinte Frogs, 13x13, ink & gouache on cold-pressed Water-colour paper. Commission.
This piece was a HUGE commission. The idea behind it was inspired by a magic item in a D&D campaign: A bag of infinite frogs. The client requested that I illustrate the pocket dimension inside this magic bag, where the frogs live and thrive. For this piece, I drew around 215 frogs, most of which were the size of my pinky nail (or smaller). I encourage you to zoom in lol.

Spring Primrose
Spring Primrose, ~3x5, ink on smooth bristol. Sold.
